Delete your account

Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from FolioReader — your documents, annotations, bookmarks, reading progress, and account information.

This action cannot be undone. All your PDF files and reading data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Delete from the app

The quickest way to delete your account:

  1. Open app.folioreader.app and sign in.
  2. In the left sidebar, scroll down to the bottom.
  3. Click Delete account.
  4. Confirm in the dialog — your account is deleted immediately.

If you are unable to access the app, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my account" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days.
